1. Service description

EraseVaro provides automated photo background segmentation, product-photo editing and selected-area object inpainting. Results are algorithmic estimates; we do not guarantee a specific visual outcome or suitability for professional or legal evidence.

2. Your files and rights

You must have the right to upload and process your files. Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, distribute illegal content or deceptively manipulate sensitive material. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a temporary license to process it solely to deliver the requested edit.

3. Fair usage

Free accounts receive 3 credits per UTC day. Plus provides 100 credits per subscription billing cycle for $5.99/month. Pro provides 400 credits per subscription billing cycle for $15.99/month. Background and product edits cost 1 credit; object erasure costs 2. Credits do not roll over and have no cash value. Failed jobs automatically refund credits where the callback is delivered; stale reservations are recovered by a scheduled cleanup.

4. Payments and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Billing uses Stripe; you authorize recurring charges when subscribing. Taxes may be assessed according to applicable law and Stripe Checkout settings. Manage billing through your account or contact support if the portal is not enabled.

5. Availability and limits

Capacity depends on available server resources and fair-use limits. We may limit abusive usage or suspend access for security reasons. We can change future offers with appropriate notice and without overriding rights already granted under a paid billing cycle.

6. Responsibility

You should review edits before publication. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer protections or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
